Live, Professional Theatre All Year Long!!

The Varscona Theatre is located in the heart of Old Strathcona, 10329 – 83 Avenue, Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. We are home to eight professional resident companies as well as many independent professional and fringe theatres. OUR REBUILD IS COMPLETED!  We have now returned to our new/old home: a beautiful, intimate 200 seat theatre (the old fire tower and beautiful brick internal walls retained for both practical and nostalgic reasons). We would like to extend heartfelt thanks to all of you, our patrons, sponsors and donors. It is your support- your feeling of ownership- that makes the Varscona Theatre feel like home for hundreds of artists every year!
